Auditions for Fall 2013-2014
Auditions for all Penn State choirs will be held from Sunday, August 25 - Thursday, August 29. Sign-up for a time on the bulletin board outside of room 106 in Music Building I. Your vocal range will be tested, and your sightsinging and tonal memory skills will be assessed. Students who are new to University Park are encouraged to audition as soon as possible. You do not need to prepare anything in advance. The Fall 2013 audition schedule is as follows:
Sunday, August 25: 12:30-4:00 PM
Monday, August 26 - Thursday, August 29: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 - 4:00 PM
Results posted Friday, August 30.
Penn State Men of Song Festival 2013
When: Saturday, October 19, 2013
The festival is open to young men with changing or changed voices in grades
8-12. Complete choirs, select groups, or individuals are welcome. Participants
will experience the exhilaration of rehearsing and performing with the Penn
State Glee Club and Hi-Lo’s in a combined “Men of Song” choir.
