REYKJAVIK CITY HALL CONCERT

Come join the The Pennsylvania State University Men’s Glee Club as they take to the stage at Reykjavik’s City Hall as part of their international tour to Iceland. With an exciting repertoire of classical and contemporary music, the 50 members of the Glee Club are sure to delight audiences of all ages as they feature the best of American Collegiate singing.

Concert is free and open to the public!

About the Glee Club: The Pennsylvania State University Men’s Glee Club is one of the most active and distinguished men’s collegiate choruses in the United States. Founded in December of 1888, the Glee Club has entertained audiences at Penn State, around the US, and the world with the joy of song from classical to contemporary. Since its first spring in March of 1889, the Glee Club has toured throughout the US and abroad with recent tours to New Zealand, San Francisco, and Boston. In recent years, the Glee Club has sung at the National Cathedral in Washington D.C., the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York City, and Notre-Dame in Paris. The Glee Club takes an active part in singing at Pennsylvania Music Educator’s Association, American Choral Directors Association, and Intercollegiate Men’s Choruses conferences.

Ralph Vaughan Williams)
